Appointments

We offer personalized, private in person experiences in our bridal studio in Miami, Florida, as well as virtual consultations for both Collection try-ons and custom consultations.

Custom

 

HGS began as a custom design only studio and still specializes in completely custom bridal gowns and separates.

 

Custom brides work one-on-one with Hanna, the designer, to create one-of-a-kind pieces. For more information on the custom design process please contact hannagotzstudio@gmail.com.

Order Timeline

 

Our Collection pieces are made-to-order and can take between 4 and 5 months to be made and sent to you. Veils are made-to-order and can take between 2 and 3 months. 

 

Custom pieces and veils are made-to-measure and can take between 6 and 8 months. 

 

We do offer rush orders for brides that need pieces quickly. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. An additional cost will apply depending on the rush requested. Please contact hannagotzstudio@gmail.com for rush inquiries. Our goal is to do everything possible for you to have your dream look for your special day. 

 

Size Guide

Each piece is made-to-order, just for you. To determine the most suitable size to order, please look for the closest size to your measurements on our size guide. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. If you feel unsure about sizing, we are happy to help! Please contact us at hannagotzstudio@gmail.com and we will help you decide on the best size for you.

 

Every bride is important to us. If a size is not listed on the size guide, contact us for custom measurements.

Customizations, Extra Fabric & Alterations

 

Each piece can be customized for an additional cost. Customizations can be in design or sizing. The cost will vary depending on the customization requested. Please contact hannagotzstudio@gmail.com for inquires on possibilities. We are happy to give our advice on alterations and customizations. 

 

We offer extra fabrics for sale. When ordering, it is important that the order for the extra fabric is placed at the same time as the piece order to ensure that the fabric is from the same roll and dye batch. 

 

If the fabrics are ordered at a later date we will try our best, though, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match.

 

All Collection pieces typically require small to moderate alterations after creation to fit perfectly to your curvatures and shape.

Shipping

 

We ship nationally and internationally.

 

All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer before the shipment is sent.

Returns & Replacements

 

Changes, returns and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hannagotzstudio@gmail.com.

Product Care

All of our materials are delicate. Store out of direct sunlight and avoid abrasive materials that may snag the fabric. Keep in the Hanna Gotz Studio garment bag.
