Incorporating one or two of these tips will have you feeling like your best self.
1. Daily Exercise
This can be anything from a stroll around your neighborhood to an intense cycling class. Daily movement will allow you to clear your mind and feel refreshed. Sweat it out!
We know you’ve heard this time and time again. But it wouldn’t be on our list if it didn’t work. Journaling isn’t limited to only writing about your feelings. Feel free to write down a list, goals, and affirmations.
3. Get Social
We understand how much of a task this can be when you have a million other things on your to-do list. But socializing is critical and will help you let loose. Have fun getting dressed up and going out with friends. Or, have a girl's night in with a charcuterie board and your favorite wine.
4. Get Pampered
One of our favorite ways to feel our best is to get pampered. This can be a massage, a mani-pedi, or a facial. Don’t be afraid to spend the time and money, you deserve it.
5. Cook Or Bake
Take the time to cook or bake a new recipe. Try using new ingredients or different techniques. We know you will feel accomplished after making a fancy dish. Not to mention this is also a great idea for a date night.
One of the best ways to destress is to declutter. Take the time to organize, sort through, and deep clean. When your space is in order so is your mind. We promise you will feel refreshed and ready for anything that comes your way.
